Are you accepting new patients?+

Where are you?+
6415 N. Business Park Loop Rd., Suite J, Park City, UT 84098. The office is just off U.S. 40 at exit 2 (Home Depot exit).
Do you see children?+
Yes. Dr. Smith enjoys using a child's first visit to share tips that, if followed, should help them never have a cavity.
What is your approach to treatment?+
Dr. Smith has a conservative treatment philosophy. He places an emphasis on prevention and uses materials and techniques that research has shown to be the most effective and long lasting.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
Cash, checks and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment plans are available through CareCredit for qualifying treatment plans. See payment options.
What should I do in a dental emergency?+
Call (435) 658-0032 as early as you can. Infections and trauma are examples where patients benefit from quick treatment.
Can I spread the cost of treatment?+
Yes. Payment plans are available through CareCredit for qualifying treatment plans, including 6 months with no interest.
What if I am out of network?+
Out-of-network insurance patients are welcome. Call the office and we will explain how your plan works with us.
